I think we need to go beyond considering marketing, as a lead generation engine, and rather use the opportunity to create customer experiences at scale
✅ by reinforcing customer belief
✅ and strengthening their confidence that they are on the right path.
This process adds value and reassures customers that they are making the right decision for them.
✅ And then help them make it work.
So, I was happy to come across a Gartner research strengthening the importance of this approach going forward.
