Remote work has been given a wider trial nowadays and has often been referred to as the biggest workplace revolution in history. Flexible work style has predominantly been my routine for the last 7 years. Sometimes you indeed miss day to day personal interactions with your colleagues or team members, yet you still meet them every day, but you do so in a virtual space. Having the option to choose keeps me flexible to be present when needed, more focused on what matters most, more productive and efficient when in need of fewer interruptions working remotely; and it is getting simpler with modern technology adoption.
