Half of the time it seems we are running on adrenaline, and that is not sustainable. Recent months have challenged also some of the assumptions about how fast we can move. Doing things without all the preceding conversations we thought were necessary, using trial and error and experimenting on the go, collaborating with others in dynamic ways to accelerate progress.
Some of those new muscles are not about working harder or faster but working in a different way that may turn out to be surprisingly valuable.
The accelerated pace has forced many companies to reorganize to be able to cope and to succeed.
