A lot has been said about the importance of innovation and constant learning. When we are “rowing the murky waters” trying to find new ideas and test new alternatives, most of us rely on standard operating procedures. And this way we always struggle to achieve better outcomes.

💠Seeking out the opinion of people outside our comfort zone, like Gen Z or dissatisfied customers might provide new insights and surprising facts.

💠Listening to what other people have to say, not trying to change their opinion but rather learn from them and might even influence the change in our perspective
